Our price per case includes priority shipping to US customers -- for customers outside the US, additional shipping charges apply
When will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day. If you order on Monday, your order ships Tuesday (as long as Tuesday isn’t a holiday) If your order is placed on Friday and Monday is a holiday, it will ship Tuesday.
When will my order arrive?
1-3 business days for continental U.S. orders. 3-5 for non-continental U.S. orders. 12-15 business days for all overseas orders.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent an order confirmation with tracking link.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
We’ll take care of that. Email us with your order at hello@bibibeverages.com
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Due to customs and prohibitive cost, shipping is limited in Asia, Africa, and South America. International customers are responsible for customs fees. Customs fees are charged by your country and not Bibi Beverages. Please note, your tracking link works up until it arrives in your country. After that, the link will only be updated once the order is delivered. If it has been longer than the expected time, please contact your local post office. Your order may be on hold for pickup there.
