How do I place an order?
Order directly through our website either as one-time purchase or as a VIP member.
What is VIP?
Get $20 o each case by joining our VIP program. VIP membership includes a monthly shipment of the product(s) of your choice. You can cancel at anytime by signing into your account or emailing hello@bibibeverages.com. Please note, you cannot cancel an order that is already processed or shipped. Future orders can be canceled however.
Do I have to order 12 bottles at a time?
Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles. This simplifies our shipping process which allows us to pass savings onto you and provide free priority shipping to all US customers.
Can I try Bibi before I order a whole case?
Yes! Go to the “Free Sample” page and select the product(s) of your choice. You will have to pay a $5 shipping and handling fee per product. Once you decide you love Bibi, you can order worry free.
Are Bibi products available in stores?
Yes! Bibi products are available in stores in Texas. If you live or are visiting Texas, use our store locator to find a store near you.
What if the product doesn’t work for me?
We offers a Free Sample program so you can trial any product before committing to buying larger quantities. We recommend you try a sample first to see if Bibi is right for you. For safety reasons we do not accept returns.
Can I return my order?
